POLICIES + FAQs
We aren’t really one for rules, but here are some things we should probably tell you…
All food bookings for food and drinks are allocated a table time at the time of booking.
Card details are required for certain booking types, in the event of a complete no show of your party/last minute cancellation you may be charged £5pp unless otherwise stated. You can amend your booking via your confirmation email. If you are running late, please let us know on 024 75313259– (between 9am-5pm).
Under 18s are welcome to dine with us but must vacate the venue by 8pm Sunday-Thursday and by 6pm on Friday & Saturday.
The Fuzzy Duck requests that guests dress appropriately for our namesake and guests; no gym wear, or overly casual attire.
If it’s on Geordie Shore, it’s not getting through the door.
Please note that we only accept balloons for any table décor.
18 Weekend / Challenge 25
On Friday, Saturday & Sunday after 6pm we operate an over 18-year-old policy.
Therefore, if you are fortunate enough to look 25 or under, proof of age may be requested.
Our approved forms of ID are valid Driving Licence, valid Passport, Military ID, any other form of ID with the PASS hologram on it.
No large single sex groups will be allowed into the venue, this includes hen and stag parties. We encourage all large groups to contact us and book in advance to avoid the risk of disappointment, please note however we do not take bookings for hen/stag party groups.
If we deem a member of your group to be intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry.
As a licensed venue, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on any of the above reasons. Decisions on entry are made at the door at the time of arrival.
I am trying to book online, but the system isn’t showing the time I’d like to book for:
All available time slots will show on the booking widget, if your desired time slot is not available this is because we are fully booked. You are welcome to call us on 024 75313259.
How long do I get on my table?
We allocate your table for specific times according to your table size, please refer to your email confirmation for the return time of your table.
Why do I need to provide my card details to make a reservation?
