In his role as Group Executive Chef, Marek oversees all food aspects of The Fuzzy Duck’s restaurant and bar. In line with our overall trademark style of ‘traditional English cuisine with a twist’ Marek brings new culinary philosophies by incorporating his innovative ideas to The Fuzzy Duck.
