Our Head Chef Duncan Hooper brings more than 15 years’ of culinary experience to his role, having worked with some of the most highly reputable rosetted hotels and restaurants in the Midlands, London and France. Duncan also achieved his own rosette awards in Northamptonshire. Duncan brings a fresh and innovative dimension to the culinary calibre here at The Fuzzy Duck.
In his role as Head Chef Duncan oversees all food aspects of The Fuzzy Duck’s restaurant and bar. In line with our overall trademark style of ‘traditional English cuisine with a twist’ Duncan brings new culinary philosophies by incorporating his innovative ideas to The Fuzzy Duck.
Head Chef Duncan’s cooking style is defined by fresh, quality ingredients and his experience for creating great quality food. Duncan’s aim is to fuse ‘his twist’ techniques with the best local ingredients.
